Euphorbia drupifera Green Giant The dark green stiff waxy leaf of this exotic-looking thorny plant resembles cactus with leaves and candelabra shaped branches. They need little care or watering and prefer warmer locations. They can grow into a tree up to 20 feet tall with unique branched shapes. Plants are either male or female. Small yellow flowers followed by yellow berries are produced by the female. Light shade to full sun is preferred with a moderate amount of water. Best in conditions between 50?? and 95??F. Please dont try to grab this plant by the stalk! Tiny, almost completely hidden spikes that will bring you to your knees. At first glance, the plant looks just like a regular foliage plant, but wait, its actually a type of Euphorbia which is commonly mispronounced as cactus. It is also classified as poisonous, so wear gloves while handling and keep away from small children and pets.
